The purpose of the Home and School Association is to support and promote St. Mary/St. Michael School and families. All school parents/guardians belong to the Home and School Association. It is an informal, family-oriented group whose interests affect the students and teachers of St. Mary/St. Michael School and its mission.
The Home & School Association welcomes parents to come share ideas and help plan events that directly support the students and staff of St. Mary/St. Michael School.
Meetings
Home & School meetings are usually held monthly or when needed on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the school.

Fundraising Events
During the 2022/2023 School Year the Home & School organized a successful fundraiser called Football Charity Mania.
In the past the Home & School has:
Purchased various textbooks over the past years
Purchased a large sign for in front of the school
Purchased computers for the teachers and Chromebooks for students
Purchased a freezer and a refrigerator for school kitchen
Updated the school grounds (paint for playground/drapes for classrooms)
Purchased concert shirts
Purchased prizes for Community Fest
Purchased banners to be used for parades
Covered cost for staff salaries
Provided refreshments for school concerts and staff dinners
Covered cost for school field trips and busing
Supported Boo Bash, Family Night and Movie Night events
Covered the cost to refinish the 1st and 2nd grade classroom floor
Most recently:
Puchased new playground equipment
Painted the entire school
Provided each student/staff with a welcome back gift - school shirt!
Paid for transportation and fees for all school field trips
Purchased two ReaderPens for the school
Purchased new gym equipment
Hosted a “Halloween Party” event
Purchased a Ring doorbell for the school
